Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Inviteflow platform (the “Service”) by the organisation that signs up for a workspace (the “Customer”).

1. The Service

Inviteflow provides software to plan, invite, register and run events. The Service is delivered on a subscription basis with tiers as published on the pricing page or as set out in an order form.

2. Acceptable use

The Customer agrees not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications, host unlawful content, or circumvent the guest-count limits of their plan. Inviteflow may suspend workspaces that breach this section.

3. Customer data

The Customer retains all rights in the data it uploads or generates inside its workspace. Inviteflow processes that data solely to operate the Service, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Fees and term

Fees are billed per event or per workspace as published on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.

5. Service levels

Business and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment and named technical contacts. Detailed SLA terms are available on request.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inviteflow's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Inviteflow is incorporated, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

8. Contact
